SMS® 900 LR – Super Ezy Pump Slurry Low Range
Dosage and Application Technique:
SMS® 900 LR is a specially formulated polymer product. One pack of 200 gms. SMS® 900 LR concentrate is recommended to mix with 50–60 litres of water, and the emulsion has to be mixed thoroughly for 2–3 minutes. Until the solution reaches a high viscosity condition—where the emulsion will give an oil-like mixture—it can now be easily transported.
However, the dosage depends on the absorption of the concrete pump and pipeline. One pack of SMS® 900 LR does generally pipe lengths of 30 to 40 meters. Above 40 meters, one additional pack of SMS® 900 LR and another 50–60 litres of water should be added. If the absorption is more, the customer has the right to use more packs, but the dilution ratio must be ensured first.
